Tracie Schmidt has been helping families realize the dream of homeownership for over two decades. She grew up on the east coast on Long Island, graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Bentley College just outside of Boston, MA but has called San Diego, CA her home since 1999. Tracie was named one of the MPA Elite Women of 2021 as a Producing Branch Manager with Supreme Lending and has also been featured in Yahoo Finance, Digital Journal and Forbes Magazine.

Tracie’s philosophy in building a successful business that is built on referrals is using marketing and technology to build a brand in which clients and referral partners get to know you, like you and most of all trust you. Tracie is ready for the next chapter in her career and will be rejoining the Supreme Lending family as the Director of Sales Technology. Her new mission is to take her experience with tech and combine it with the marketing resources Supreme Lending has to offer, to find and implement the newest technology in the mortgage space so Supreme Lending loan officers take their business to the next level.

As Director of Brand and Customer Experience, Denise leads several significant companywide initiatives, such as improving and managing online reputation, building brand recognition both internally and externally, branding Supreme Lending’s mortgage products, overseeing the promotional store ShopSupremeSwag.com, and enhancing branch service through outreach and monthly sales calls.

Denise Castillo has 20 years of mortgage and leadership experience, including serving as a Branch Manager and owning an independent insurance agency where she led teams of highly successful salespeople. She joined Supreme Lending in 2018 in branch support, recruiting, business development and served as Director of Concierge and Branch Relations, building the department from the ground up to serve our team members.

Denise is passionate about mentoring others, embracing creativity, and serving the community. She is a proud mother of two daughters, Jordan and Rubi, who are both attending Texas Tech University.

Shay Crow has worked as a National and Regional Talent Acquisition Manager in the Mortgage Sales and Operations space for over 12 years. She enjoys helping lenders reach their growth goals while establishing close working relationships with both hiring managers and candidates. Prior to her career in Recruiting, Shay spent several years in fine wine sales obtaining her first level sommelier certification.

Shay graduated from NC State University with a B.S in Textile Apparel Management with a minor in Business.

Jason Balaban is a Senior Talent Acquisition and Talent Management leader with a proven track record of establishing and coaching high performing teams to deliver exceptional results.
He is especially skilled in the areas of recruiting, leadership development, strategic thinking, organizational design and workforce planning, stakeholder relationships, talent selection, succession planning, employe engagement and satisfaction.

He has worked for prestigious organizations such as Facebook, First American Financial Corporation, Banc of California, and JPMorgan Chase with titles such as VP Recruiting Manager, VP Talent Acquisition, SVP Talent management, and Senior Manager, Recruiting.

Jason has B.B.A in Marketing and Business Management, and a minor in Psychology.

Aleksandra is a national and regional recruiter and has worked in the retail mortgage industry for over 15 years.
She is a proven leader with a solid understanding of the talent pool in the current marketplace.

Her foundation in HR, combined with her passion for recruiting, provides her team with a wealth of knowledge.
